If you worked for Greenridge Farm, Inc., at its facility located at 2355 Greenleaf Ave., Elk Grove Village, Illinois between May 24, 2019 and May 24, 2022, you may be entitled to receive a payment of penalties.

The Office of the Attorney General of Illinois (OAG) brought a lawsuit against Greenridge alleging that this company failed to properly pay its workers in accordance with Illinois law, including its alleged failure to pay its workers overtime wages. This lawsuit followed a joint investigation between the OAG and the United States Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division (WHD). The OAG and WHD have reached a settlement of the OAG’s lawsuit against Greenridge Farm Inc.
If you are a Potential Claimant and you wish to receive your payment, you must fill out a Claim Form either on this website or fill out the Claim Form included in your mailed Notice packet and mail it back with the prepaid envelope enclosed with your packet. If you mail your Claim Form, you will receive your checks via mail at the address you provide in the form. The first deadline to complete the Claim Form is June 17, 2024. If you complete the Claim Form by that date, you will receive your first payment shortly after July 17, 2024. There will be four payments made between July 17, 2024 and November 19, 2025. You may also submit a late Claim Form up until October 20, 2025.

La OAG y WHD han llegado a este acuerdo para resolver la demanda con Greenridge.
